Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Revive Land Intelligence LLC handles information when you use Revive Land Ops.
1. Information we handle
Account and profile. Revive Land Ops may use Apple sign-in and other supported account methods. Depending on the method used, we may receive an account identifier, name, email address, or an Apple private relay address. Authentication and account information may be processed by Supabase and the platform providers used for authentication.
Property and land records. This may include property names, approximate locations, boundaries, acreage, mapped features and observations.
Work and field records. This may include GPS tracks recorded during active work, manually recorded work, notes, observations, photos and related management history.
Seed and product records. This may include seed-tag photos and structured seed mix information you choose to save.
Environmental context. Soil, weather, terrain and similar context may be associated with a property.
Diagnostics and support. When diagnostic or support features are used, information may include app version, device/OS information, sync state, location-state information and feedback you choose to send.
2. How we use information
We use information to provide Revive Land Ops, sign users in, maintain property and work records, provide map and property context, support account access, troubleshoot problems and improve the product.
Revive Land Intelligence LLC does not sell user information and does not use property records for third-party advertising or cross-app tracking.
3. Local-first storage and cloud services
Revive Land Ops is designed around local-first field use. Supported information may also be synced to cloud services associated with a signed-in account. Some records may remain device-local depending on the current product version. Device-local information may be lost if the app is deleted or a device is lost before that information has been synced or otherwise backed up.
4. Service providers
Revive Land Ops uses third-party providers to operate parts of the product. These may include services for authentication and data storage, server hosting, maps, weather/data lookups, subscription processing, email delivery and server-side analysis. Current providers may include Supabase, Railway, Mapbox, RevenueCat, Apple, Resend and OpenAI-backed server functionality.
Provider use may change as the product develops. Final App Store privacy disclosures will be aligned with the production configuration used at launch.
5. Photos, location and field data
Photos you attach may contain embedded metadata. GPS/location information may be used when you choose to use mapping or active field-work features. Revive Land Ops does not intend to silently attach private property photos or unrelated property records to a support request.
6. Retention
We retain information only as reasonably necessary to operate Revive Land Ops, maintain property history, satisfy legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and protect the service. Retention periods can vary by record type and whether information exists only on your device or has synced to a connected account.
7. Account deletion and your choices
You can initiate account deletion from Account Settings in the app. The deletion process is designed to remove your login account, account access, sessions, and directly account-linked profile information. Where property-history records must or may be retained, we aim to remove or detach direct account identity where technically and legally appropriate.
Records stored only on your device may remain there until you delete them in the app or delete the app. If you have a privacy or deletion question, contact us using the address below.
8. Support and feedback
When you send feedback, the submission may include the message you provide, a topic, an optional contact email, app/platform information and basic signed-in state needed to troubleshoot the issue. Do not include sensitive information you do not want included in the support request.
9. Children
Revive Land Ops is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as the product, providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when changes are made.
